Diabetes

Utilizing the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) recommended framework focusing on seven areas of self-care:

  • healthy eating
  • being physically active

  • taking steps to reduce your risk of diabetes complications and learning to cope with the emotional ups and downs that come with living with a chronic disease

Classes look at the dynamics of stress and discover how it affects your health, emotions, thoughts and behavior. Learn techniques to manage stress in your work and personal life.
