OSHA & Safety Services

Screenings can be provided within your business facility and audiograms are performed on our 29-foot HealthMobile van. Our staff of Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationists, Registered Nurses and Wellness Specialists are ready to meet your required OSHA and safety services. The following are a sample of required OSHA and safety related testing and services Wellness can provide:

TB skin testing (PPD)

20 employee minimum

On site Vaccine Clinics - 20 person minimum

    • Influenza *Clinics begin late September
    • Hepatitis A
    • Hepatitis B
    • Tetanus

  • Rapid urine test for detection of nicotine metabolite

OSHA Audiometric Testing with Hearing Conservation Training

  • 29 foot Health Mobile van with 2 audiometric booths; HealthMobile Electrical Requirements: 208/240 Volts, Single Phase. 30 Amps. The HealthMobile has a 10/4 SJ cord with a Hubbell 30 Amp twist lock plug. Power needs to be supplied from a 2 pole 30 Amp breaker to plug. Plug needs to be plugged into a Hubbell (HBL2713) 30 amp 125/250v twist lock connector body or a Nema 14-30r (30amp 125/250v) twist lock outlet.
  • OSHA approved training and documentation
  • Medical and noise exposure history
  • Employee’s audiometric data reviewed by audiologist or a physician with experience in OSHA noise regulations.
  • Annual and daily audiometric booth calibrations
