Fruit Salad with Orange Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups Frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 cup Yogurt, Nonfat, Plain
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Coconut shredded, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Place thawed fruit in large mixing bowl.

  2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together: yogurt, coconut, vanilla, honey, orange zest and orange juice.

  3. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit and coat well.
