Wash berries and let them dry thoroughly.
In a double boiler, seated at least 1 inch from boiling water, place chocolate chips. Heat chocolate until melted, stirring often, then carefully remove from heat
Dip berries into chocolate, covering about half of the berry.
Place on wax or parchment paper until completely set.
Optional: Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over dipped berries for an added pop!
Each chocolate covered strawberry is about 25 calories. Enjoy!
